Important Information for our Customers:
The shopping cart software we are using, while one of the best on the market, has some features that are meant to be helpful, but which cause some problems for shoppers in certain situations. For example, if an order is placed but you change your mind before making payment, the items in your order will be ‘reserved’ by the software for a period of 1 hour. If we have only 1 item in stock, it will appear as ‘sold out’ when you try to add it to your new order. For some reason, the cart does not recognize that your order has been cancelled and that you are the same person trying to fix your order.
We are currently searching for a solution to this problem and hope to have it corrected soon. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience. If you have any problems at all, please feel free to contact us at timskorea@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
